I have been surprised at how little Tet Siloam Gumdrop has been used in breeding over the years. Upon checking the AHS database I found that only a hand full of breeders had explored this daylily although Steve used it to accomplish both his Girlish Laughter and Mason's Mark. When I saw the above seedling from Tet Siloam Gumdrop and the then diploid Queen Anne's Lace I just knew that some converting had to be done! Once this was accomplished I had my cross to make. To date I am not aware of any Tet Queen Anne's Lace kids with the exception of H. Jovial Ancestors. Steve had long thought of introducing this bitone but in the chaos of the past few years it was regrettably put on the back burner which is unfortunate given some of the spectacular bitones that are coming out of its bloodline. H. Jovial Ancestors is proving to be an important daylily for getting new blood into a bitone line.$75.00
