LILTING LOLA
- Dip, 50", 7", ML, Dor, 19 Buds, Pinkish Lavender cascading unusual form, slight watermark. LILTING LOLA gets its name from its famous parents, LILTING LAVENDER X LOLA BRANHAM. Due to the fact that both parents set pods only with difficulty, this is a nearly impossible cross and I would be surprised if any one else has successfully made this cross.   Hence, it represents a relatively untapped gene pool for the breeder.  Alas, like its parents it too sets pods only with difficulty.  However, the pollen is fairly fertile.  It was a tossup whether to register this as ML or L.  Regardless of which, LILTING LOLA was blooming long past the time most things were finished blooming this past summer
