If Pelican's Could Smile goes back to Regency Heights. IPCS is a first for a northern dormant DIP daylily with teeth.
Larry Grace discovered this beauty in the field and pointed it out.
I going to try to convert it as I'd love to get this plant habit in the tet. teeth line. The white teeth at tet level would be especially fascinating. The daylily is very limited.
